'The Wee Witchie' is the smallest of Mortlach's six stills - Since it was first forged more than 120 years ago they have fastidiously ensured every dent and detail remains unchanged because it is within this copper chamber that the specific richness of taste which has earned Mortlach the reputation as "The Beast of Dufftown" is created. Mortlach dedicate this 12YO Single Malt to the still that bears the beast. It has been double cask matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctively rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whiskies legendary.

The one and only New Orleans Original. Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey that dates back to the 1800's, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud's Bitters. The libation became known as the 'Sazerac' and America's first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all. Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candies spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of liquorice.

A Manuka smoked single malt aged by New Zealand's irrepressible tide of climate and season to incite a whisky whose character is at variance with the volatility of its own creation. Crafted from Manuka smoked Laureate barley, and matured for three years in small 100-litre virgin French oak casks. The palate reveals notes of smoked pears, liquorice, and dried cranberries.
