Crafted on the Isle of Jura, where a close-knit island community has made whisky since 1810, this single malt is a tribute to the distillery's spirit of reinvention and the skill of its Master Blender. Matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, a portion of the whisky is then finished in six different virgin French oak casks sourced from across France, bringing layers of depth and character. 'The Wee Witchie' is the smallest of Mortlach's six stills - Since it was first forged more than 120 years ago they have fastidiously ensured every dent and detail remains unchanged because it is within this copper chamber that the specific richness of taste which has earned Mortlach the reputation as "The Beast of Dufftown" is created. Mortlach dedicate this 12YO Single Malt to the still that bears the beast. It has been double cask matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctively rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whiskies legendary.

A classic Island whisky from the oldest distillery in Skye that delivers a rich dried-fruit sweetness, with strong barley-malt flavours and a peaty, peppery finish.

Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, constantly watched over by the Parliament of Rooks who next at the Distillery, the outstanding whisky continues great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts.
