Crafted in a small Jalisco highlands town at the dedicated Destilería Teremana de Agave, Teremana Blanco is made by hand in small batches in partnership with a local family-owned distillery - an approach championed by founder Dwayne Johnson. Growing Wings is the second expression of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky coming of age. Aged for five years in a marriage of specially selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butts and ex-Bourbon barrels, Growing Wings is decadently rich and delivered at natural cask strength. Dark fruits on the nose, and sticky treacle in the mouth. Opens with water.

The final addition to Cardrona's Single Cask range, this special single cask release delights with notes of sun-scorched nectarine, ripe berry fruits, fig, pecan pie, borage flower honey and clotted cream.

The Dalmore 12 is a Highland Single Malt shaped by careful maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in rare, aged Oloroso Sherry casks. It opens with notes of citrus fruit, chocolate and aromatic spice, leading into a rich palate of Seville oranges, dried fruits and vanilla. The finish brings roasted coffee and dark chocolate, leaving a warm, lingering impression.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in three styles of Sherry cask- Matusalem, Apostoles and Amorosa it develops a rich, chocolaty profile layered with dried fruit, winter spice, orange zest, vanilla and toffee. In Scots, a "Deacon" is an adept and proficient master tradesman. The Deacon stands as an homage to craftsmanship in all its forms. Created by expert distillers, it brings together single malts from Islay and Speyside, uniting peaty coastal smoke with a softer, bonfire-like mainland character. On the nose, notes of charred orange, sweet malty biscuits, and woodsmoke emerge, followed by juicy orange, delicate spice, and tangy peat on the palate, finishing long, smooth, and gently sweet with lingering smoke. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, whose glow inspires the whisky's striking, ornate bottle stamped with its iconic mascot, The Deacon presents an unconventional yet balanced expression.
