Determined to create it, he collaborated with leading figures of the craft cocktail movement, refining the recipe through 83 iterations until the balance was just right. Distilled in London at Thames Distillers with 8th-generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, Ford's Gin is built on a classic foundation of juniper and coriander, layered with citrus, florals, and spice. Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour. A bright, aromatic and fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by Four Pillars' adventures making gin with Japanese friends.

Navy Strength Gin is an intense but smooth gin, made for cocktails. This overproof gin is distilled with native finger limes and fresh ginger in the botanical basket, giving it great power and intensity. Turmeric adds weight to the palate and a fresh but earthy quality, and the palate is sweet and juicy but still very clean. The resulting gin has lifted aromatics of lime cured, pine needles and fragrant spices with a vanilla character which pulls it all together.

Five years in the making, Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin uses three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria's Cobram Estate. Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean, while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian.
